Operations
In our operational areas, we ensure that innovative concepts are transformed into high-performance snow groomers. Our teams in production, logistics, procurement, quality, as well as materials and production planning, work hand in hand to source, inspect, and precisely assemble the materials for our snow groomers.
Sales, Marketing, Controlling
Sales and Marketing bring our snow groomers to where they are needed – the ski slopes of the world. Our sales and marketing experts analyze markets, develop targeted strategies, and showcase our technologies on international stages. The employees in the sales backoffice coordinate offers and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. Controlling provides the financial foundation for well-informed decisions and supports the strategic direction of the company.
Research & Development
In our Research & Development department, we design machines that deliver top performance under the most extreme conditions – efficiently, sustainably, and at the forefront of technology. Our development engineers and technical designers accompany the entire product development process: from the initial idea, through design and simulation, to prototype testing in the snow.
Customer Service
In Customer Service, we ensure that Prinoth snow groomers remain reliably operational worldwide – through technical support, spare parts supply, and targeted system optimizations. Our customer service representatives analyze feedback from the field, develop practical solutions, and work closely with R&D and other departments. Our mechanics and service technicians carry out top-quality repairs and overhauls.

The international headquarters of the Prinoth Group is located at our site in Vipiteno, South Tyrol, Italy. Situated in the heart of the Alps, this location serves as the center of expertise for our Snow Groomer business unit and, together with our other business units, implements global initiatives. More than 200 employees work at the Vipiteno site across production, supply chain management, procurement, customer service, R&D, sales, marketing, and administration.
